Why are we called team Phoenix?

Ceramic Chinese PhoenixThe legendary phoenix was a symbol of high virtue and grace to the Chinese. The phoenix, representing power and prosperity, reflected the empress, and only she was allowed to wear its symbol.  As conceived by the Chinese imagination, the phoenix has a large bill, the neck of a snake, the back of a tortoise, and tail of a fish. She carries in her bill either two scrolls or a square box that contains sacred books. According to tradition, the phoenix's song includes all the five notes of the traditional musical scale; her feathers include the five fundamental colors and her body is a composite of the six celestial bodies: her head symbolizes the sky; her eyes, the sun; her back, the moon; her wings, the wind; her feet, the earth; and her tail, the planets. She appears only in peaceful and prosperous times, and hides herself when there is trouble. Therefore, the phoenix is both a sign of peace and a symbol of disharmony.

Now you know why we are called team phoenix!
