9:40 - 10:20 -- nabc shooting fundamentals

10:20 -- shooting

hand position

-- in the middle of the shooting hand on the fingertips

-- non-shooting hand is used as a guide

elbow position

-- directly under the ball for proper alignment

-- you should be able to see a u

foot position

-- Strong Foot Forward but be comfortable

-- elbow above the knee

follow-through

-- snap the wrist on the release

-- look at the back of the rim

-- shoot with a good arc; it increases chances of scoring

Range

-- start close work your way out

-- use the bank shot at 45 or less degrees from the basket

-- use the backboard underneath

Timing

-- use all parts of the shot simultaneously

--down and up

FOUL SHOOTING

1:00 -1:30

-more difficult only because of the anxiety

--concentrate on the back of the rim and shoot don't think about all the mechanics

1:30-2:00 -- free throw rebounding/shooting drill

2:00 - 2:40 -- video - women offensive

2:40 - 3:00 -- break on numbers

3:00 - 3:45 -- junior game red vs. yellow

3:45 - 4:30 -- senior game red vs. yellow

4:30 -- ??:??  -- 25 free throws to leave
